A vast majority of this work requires moss & algae treatment prior to the cleaning being carried out. We use a general moss & algae neutralizer that is totally environmentally safe and results are visible even after a short rain fall, so is the effectiveness of the product we use. Many residential properties require this to protect residents from slips that result in the owners being sued.

We have mobile high pressure machines for large areas and a van/truck mounted steam cleaner for the greasy & oily marked areas such as Hotel entrance areas or cinema or restaurant fronts.

After block paving has been cleaned we are able to offer a re-sanding service, not replacing the sand that has been washed out will inevitably cause block movement and areas may drop as a result.

Oil stains out of concrete driveways helps to minimize the chances of the oil being transfered into the home and across the carpets.
